It’s important that the client thoroughly understand what they’ve bought, what it can and can’t do. Confirm this with the client in terms of the UX, and start during Pre-Sales, rechecking through the entire process.

This will require early and accurate info from Sales, with graceful “course correction” from CD / NL. Encourage early-and-often educational efforts, making sure clients understand the tradeoffs of the choices they make.
