All internal stakeholders (CD, NL, Visual Design, BA/PM) must be skilled in requirements-gathering techniques and methodologies unique to Conversation Design.

• Design needs, not just technical underpinnings

• Not just the platform, ASR, or APIs

• Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of CD / NL concepts, requirements, techniques
