7. Post-Deployment

  • Iterative refinement and tuning

    • Follow up with client, to determine immediate and intermediate follow-on updates / changes needed

  • Monitor and refine post-prod results

    • Might be defined as ongoing “success criteria”

    • Capture this even if not formally specified or required

  • NL: collate unhandled user utterances, summative unhandled use cases, create NL Performance Reports

  • Document internally generated feature suggestions

    • Collate, organize, categorize, prioritize

    • Hand off to Sales, for presentation to the client

  • Internal Project Retrospective

    • Need not be “Agile-compliant” — it’s for learning, not for compliance with a specified ritual
